About 7reels Casino

Who We Are

7reels Casino is operated by 3-102-961232 Limitada, trading as Goodfly Limitada, based in Jaco, Costa Rica. Our platform operates under licence No. ALSI-202606013-FI1 issued by the Gaming Board of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and this licence covers sevenreels.com along with our sister domains only.win and winro.com. Launched in 2024, 7reels Casino was created with a clear focus on the Canadian market, offering an English and French-Canadian experience tailored to local players. We at 7reels take our licensing obligations seriously, and Anjouan law governs our terms and exclusive jurisdiction.

Our legal team can be reached directly at [email protected] for anything related to KYC, refunds, withdrawals, deposit limits or account closure, while our general support desk at [email protected] handles day-to-day questions. We believe transparency about who runs the show matters, and that's why we publish our ownership and licensing details openly rather than hiding them in fine print.

Our Game Selection

At Vegas-style variety but with a reels twist, we've partnered with more than 40 studios to bring our players over 3,000 games. Our 7reels library includes everything from Play'n GO and Pragmatic Play classics to newer names like Hacksaw Gaming, Gamzix, 3Oaks and Iconic21. You'll find categories built around how you like to play: Top Games, New Releases, Hot Slots, Bonus Buy, Megaways, Book Of, Classic Slots and our ever-popular Crash category.

Here at 7reels Casino, jackpots get their own dedicated home too. Our Jackpots section stands apart from the rest of the catalogue, and as a rule these titles are excluded from bonus wagering across the board, keeping our promotions fair and our progressive prize pools growing undisturbed.

Table Games and Live Casino

Our Blackjack and Roulette sections run as standalone categories, both offered in live format through Pragmatic Play Live, Platipus Live, Iconic21 and TRUE LABS. We've made sure our live dealer tables feel just as polished as our slots, complete with Baccarat, Game Shows and more. Every Saturday, our Live Casino Cashback returns 10% to players who enjoy the live tables regularly — our way of saying thanks for sticking with us.

Our Welcome Package

We at 7reels welcome new Canadian players with a package worth up to C$4,500 plus 400 free spins, spread across your first four deposits. Our first deposit match is 100% up to 750 plus 200 free spins, followed by a 75% second deposit match up to 1,000, a 125% third match up to 1,000 plus 50 spins, and finally a 150% fourth deposit match up to 1,750 plus 150 spins. You'll need to select the bonus in your wallet before depositing, and a minimum deposit of 30 CAD applies. For full details on all our offers, check out our 7reels bonus page.

Our Vegas-size promotions don't stop there — Vegas Hero-style loyalty aside, 7 Reels runs a full week of reload offers. Monday brings up to 300 free spins, Tuesday offers 100 spins on Big Bass Bonanza, and Wednesday adds 200 spins on Sugar Rush. Thursday through Sunday rotate between percentage reloads and spin packages, giving our regular players fresh reasons to come back daily.

• Monday Reload: up to 300 free spins
• Tuesday Reload: 100 spins on Big Bass Bonanza
• Wednesday Reload: up to 200 spins on Sugar Rush
• Thursday Reload: 50% + 100 free spins
• Friday Reload: up to 70%
• Saturday Reload: up to 150 free spins
• Sunday Reload: 75% + 75 free spins

For bigger players, our High Roller Bonus offers 50% up to C$500 on deposits from 100 CAD, while our 20 free spins for installing the PWA app give mobile users an easy way to get started. As with all our offers, wagering requirements, minimum deposits and maximum cashouts are listed clearly in our bonus terms.

Our Loyalty Ladder

We built our loyalty programme as a 23-level climb, starting at Rookie and ending at Imperial. Our Vegas-grade rewards scale with every step: weekly cashback rises from 4% at Starter to 25% at Imperial, and level-up prizes grow from a handful of free spins to cash rewards as high as 6,000 at the very top. Birthday bonuses kick in from Rising Star onward, climbing to 2,500 at Imperial. The higher you climb our 7reels ladder, the more perks unlock — a dedicated VIP manager, higher withdrawal limits, exclusive tournaments and quests, and faster cashouts among them.

Our VIP programme is woven directly into this ladder rather than sold separately. Tiers are reached by meeting cash-in and betting criteria within a calendar quarter, and if you've held VIP status elsewhere, we're happy to discuss matching it case by case. We also run tournaments with substantial prize pools — our Drops & Wins and Non-Stop Blasts & Races events each carry EUR 25,000,000 pools, while Spinoleague and Spin Express add EUR 12,000,000 and EUR 1,000,000 respectively.

Banking at 7reels Casino

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Interac for deposits, and all deposits must come from an account held in your own name — we don't accept third-party payments. For withdrawals, we support Visa via OCT, Mastercard Payment Transfer and Interac, though card payouts require a prior deposit through the same method. Our minimum deposit is EUR 10 in the terms, though claiming a welcome bonus requires at least 30 CAD, and our High Roller offer needs 100 CAD.

Once your KYC is approved, we process payouts in queue order: within 72 hours for amounts up to EUR 1,000, and up to 7 days for larger sums. After that, the actual crediting time depends on your bank or payment provider. We don't charge commission on withdrawals, though deposit fees vary by payment system. All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, and this can rise to 3x for certain payment methods or higher-risk cases.
